Metamorphosis In the News
April of 2003: Better Nutrition magazine: - Ailsa Long wrote about her experience:
"Entering the Metamorphosis Boutique, a spa that recently opened in Richmond, Virginia, with charming Mediterranean-style décor, I was greeted by the ambient glow form henna-painted sconces, whose light illuminated silk wallpaper, raffia curtains, candelabras and faux ancient Grecian columns. In the background, a fountain softly bubbled. A receptionist handed me a hot, steaming cup of black jasmine tea to enjoy with an endless supply of dried mango chips, nuts and fresh fruit."
Metamorphosis is proud to feature Private Yoga Instruction with Richmond favorite, Kelly Trask.
August of 2003: Richmond Magazine "Annual Best & Worst In Richmond": Honored Kelly Trask as Richmond's Best Yoga Instructor
"Trask has been teaching yoga for four years, after being encouraged to start by an instructor who noticed her frequent presence in class. Trained in integral yoga, she's currently halfway through a two-and-a-half-year training program for viniyoga, under the tutelage of yoga instructor and author Gary Kraftsow. 'It really adapts yoga to the individual,' says Trask, adding 'I truly believe that anyone can do yoga.'"
Richmond Magazine continued...
