Metamorphosis is the first World-Fusion Spa facility in Richmond that has intimate, luxurious space to hold a private Spa gathering or memorable special event for your group. Metamorphosis hosts a variety of special events including corporate retreats, client entertainment, birthday parties, milestone anniversaries, birthdays, bridal and wedding celebrations, or a party for you and your closest friends.
We invite you and your guests to embrace the warmth of Metamorphosis, a sanctuary where the soul is held to be sacred. Offering a wide variety of indulgent services, from passages of purification to hand + foot rituals, we bring unique healing therapies and ancient wisdom from around the globe for your group to enjoy in serenity and sensory bliss. The exotic essences of the earth are infused together in a sensory journey that offers you and your guests an energy that will transform your very being. Every detail for your event is finely-tuned and orchestrated to your needs by our group booking coordinator. After a comprehensive consultation, we work one-on-one with you to create your personalized spa retreat. Please consider that the prices listed below are a guideline as we will discuss your vision and create a quote designed specifically for you.
Personal and Private Spa Event or Gathering
Private accommodations for 5-12 people
$1,900.00 includes:
$700 dollars to spend in spa services of choice
$200 in gift baskets (divided as you choose fit)
A 15% discount on any additional services
A 15% discount on any retail purchases made that day
All Spa Gatherings must be paid in full 30 days in advance.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Group Event or Gathering (3-5 people)
A 15% discount on any retail purchases made that day
Priority and preferred booking over other clients during your service time
Deposit of $300 or 50%, which ever is greater, of total services is required at time of reservation.
Balance due at time of service

Catering
We are happy to provide catering for your event. Prices vary depending on food selection, beverages and size of party.
Group Booking Fee
For parties of 3 or more guests (including the organizer) there is an additional, non -refundable 15% group booking fee. This fee covers all planning expenses and ensures that time reserved especially for you and your group is custom-tailored exactly to your specifications.
Reservations
A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments. Your signature on the Group Booking Contract authorizes Metamorphosis to charge the designated credit card for any and all received, missed, cancelled, or changed appointments, including the 15% group booking fee.
Cancellations
We require 4 full weeks notice on all Private Spa Gathering cancellations, and 3 full weeks on all Group bookings to avoid being charged. Cancellations made with less than this notice are subject to a 100% fee, including 15% booking fee. Please understand that we are unable to make exceptions to this rule because we close down or modify normal operations to provide you with a quiet, personalized environment. We recommend that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We are unable to guarantee appointments that are more than fifteen minutes late, however, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Gratuity
An 18% Gratuity will be added to the final service bill for your convenience.
