I visit family in Richmond from New York, arguably the spa capital of the world, several times a year, and have been very pleased with Metamorphosis. While the services are on the higher end of the price scale for a smaller city, I have had nothing but excellent experiences here and would highly recommend this spa to any of my friends. The skin care line alone is worth coming here for-- the products smell delicious and make my skin feel like silk! The deep tissue massage I had was the best I've had in years. The staff is very accommodating and even the front desk staff made me feel right at home.

Pros: Great staff, No blowdryers!, Real aromatherapy
Cons: Somewhat expensive, No downtown location
Overall user rating: Highly Recommended
